Overview

Regent chose VMS as its property management software in 2013 after months of research and due diligence.  By selecting Regent as your financial management partner, your on-site personnel will have access to VMS, the most technologically advanced and comprehensive property management tool available.  Since implementation, our experience has been so positive we are now partnering with Team Soft Solutions, the developer of VMS, to make this product available to self-managed Associations.

As your financial manager, the business relationship we establish with the Board of Directors and on-site management will be engaged, interactive and in-depth.  As you govern your community, Regent will support you every step of the way.

We also recognize that over time your Association’s needs may change.   As your needs change, we will adapt our services to accommodate your changing needs.

Financial Reporting

A key component of our relationship is financial reporting.  In addition to the customary VMS reports, we have developed a portfolio of enhanced analytic reports that present historic and current data in a format that makes it easy for the Board of Directors to forecast budgets, evaluate trends, make decisions and analyze the effects of those decisions.  This reporting, which is fully integrated with VMS, is easily accessible through a dashboard and has one-click drill down capability.
